Returns, Refunds, Cancellation & Exchange Policy

Any cancellations, returns or exchange are governed by this policy ("Return Policy"). Unfortunately, currently we do not entertain any claims of returns or exchange.

1. Cancellations

An order once placed cannot be cancelled after we receive your advance payment and once we have processed your order. We can approve your order cancellation request before you make us the advance payment or within 3 days of you receive the proforma invoice from us.

2. Refunds

If approved, then the refund will be processed vie Bank TT.

3. Exchange

Products will be exchanged if they don't match with our specified standard, quality, taste, etc. In this case Products return freight will be paid by the buyer.
